Marketing team visits the market and onboards new clients. Immediately after onboarding, they share the complete client details in the WhatsApp Group for instant communication with the backend team.

Backend Team
Instant Welcome Communication
Backend team checks the WhatsApp Group and immediately initiates contact with the newly onboarded client through a welcome call and message immediately within 30 minutes.

Marketing Team
Evening Data Entry
Every evening, the marketing team updates two critical sheets: Daily Works Update Sheet (with all day's activities) and their Individual Client List Sheet (adding newly onboarded clients to their personal tracking list).

Backend Team
Follow Up Sheet Management
The next day, backend team retrieves previous day's data from the Daily Works Update Sheet and transfers it to the Follow Up Sheet (located in Google Drive, not Google Sheets). They continuously update all columns in this sheet as the client's follow up journey progresses.

Backend Team
Profile Creation & Follow-Up Calls
For confirmed onboarded clients, backend team enters comprehensive details in the Profile Details Sheet. They conduct regular follow-up calls with clients to maintain engagement and update all follow-up remarks exclusively in the Follow Up Sheet.

Both Marketing and Backend teams must maintain only the sheets mentioned in this workflow. They are not authorized to create or modify any other sheets without prior approval. If there's a requirement for additional documentation or sheets, team members must inform Ipsita, Sisir or Rabi Sir before proceeding. This ensures data integrity and proper workflow management across the team.
